Chernivtsi: the Order of appointment of housing subsidies to certain categories of citizens changed
the Resolution of the Government dated 08 July, 2016 No. 635 "On amendments to the regulations on the procedure for appointing and providing subsidies for reimbursement for housing – utilities, purchase of liquefied gas, firm and liquid oven household fuel" has a number of innovations in the calculation of grants to separate categories of citizens. In particular, the changes regarding the calculation of revenue for the appointment of housing subsidies have concerned citizens who were on military service. If, under previously applicable law for the above categories of persons when determining the average monthly total family income was taken into account actual income for the year which was a term of military service if the period preceding the year of application for award of grants, the average total income received, regardless of such persons income is determined at the level of half of the subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons. According to the resolution, to comprehensive income when the subsidy is not taken into account the cost to receive free health resort vouchers, protezno – orthopedic products, means of rehabilitation, amounts paid as reimbursement of harm caused to the employee for the damage of health connected with execution of labour duties. According to paragraph 12 of the "Regulations on the procedure for appointing and providing subsidies for reimbursement for housing – utilities, purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid stove fuel" in a new wording, if a person under 18 years of age as at 01 January of the year in which the income taken into account for the appointment of subsidies, the average total income less than the subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons as of 31 December of the same year, or in which there are no income, but she was in full-time education in secondary, vocational, high school, for calculation of subsidy average monthly income of such person determined on the level of a subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons as at 31 December of the year for which the income taken into account for the appointment of subsidies.
