Management on Affairs of nationalities and religions of the regional state administration together with representatives of national communities of Vinnytsia region on 3 October took part in the seminar, which was organized by the European centre for minority issues in partnership with Vinnytsia regional state administration in the framework of the Eastern Partnership Programme "National minorities and ethno-political issues: Belarus – Moldova – Ukraine". Participants and guests of the seminar, which took place in Vinnitsa on "a Combination of different approaches to equality and non-discrimination" were congratulated by the Deputy chief of management on Affairs of nationalities and religions state administration Alla Ratynskaya. Before the participants of the event with a presentation entitled: "the Optimal combination of different approaches and possibilities for protection from discrimination and promote equality based on ethnicity on the example of Moldova" was organized by the psychologist of the Center of information "GenderDoc-M", member of the Council on the prevention and elimination of discrimination and gender equality Oksana Gumen (Chisinau, Republic of Moldova). She spoke about the discrimination due to the occurrence of stereotypes and human rights violations in the society of the Republic of Moldova shared the experience of the consideration and decision of this question on examples of inclusive education in General educational institutions, training seminars with attraction of bodies of Executive power, and the like. In discussions of the affected subject took an active part leaders of national cultural societies, representatives of the state administration of the region and local media, invited participants from Lviv, Odesa, Chernivtsi and Kharkiv oblasts.
