In Vinnytsia region for obtaining illegal benefit to the official is awaiting trial
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against the chief state performer of one of gorrayonny departments of the public Executive service of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region, who received undue benefit in the amount of 1700 UAH for not initiation of enforcement proceedings for forced collection by court order, an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 3400 UAH, and for facilitating the return of driving licences seized by the National police of the MIA of Ukraine for commitment specified in the court decision, the violation of traffic rules. The indictment together with the agreement on recognition of guilt sent to the court under part 1 of article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine, i.e. obtaining official unlawful benefit for Commission or such officer in the interests of the person who provides illegal benefit, any actions with use of official position. Reference: under part 1 article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine (receiving by the official of illegal benefit), there is a liability to a fine from one thousand to one thousand p’atiot free minima of the income of citizens or arrest for a term of three to six months, or imprisonment for the term from two to four years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
