the Department of economic development of the regional state administration informs about the grants program: For small and medium enterprises in the region for the growth of their businesses - from the European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD). EBRD helps businesses to attract highly qualified consultants, is able to qualitatively transform their business and provides grants (non-repayable financial assistance) for partial payment of consultants.
