In the Zhytomyr region on the details of reforming the healthcare and education industries, says Yaroslav Laguta.
Yesterday, October 5, in the program "one on one" on TV channel "Zhitomir" discussed the issues of healthcare reform, education, improvement of Zhytomyr and the development of tourism in the region. Studio guests – Deputy Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta and Deputy of the Zhytomyr city mayor Matthew Fucking. On reforming the health care industry in 2017, in particular the conclusion of a contract with the patient's physician and appropriate financing of medical care, Yaroslav Laguta said: "While this will only occur in the context of primary care medicine. Only talking about the family doctor, emergency medical care and a package of primary services that are guaranteed by the state for free." Deputy Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration noted the major points of the draft laws on medical insurance: financing primary care will be provided by the state, the secondary (stationary) will be funded in the ratio of 40% state funds to 60% of the funds of the patient, and tertiary, which will provide regional qualified medical health care institution, – 20 to 80. This is what will motivate patients. After all, the primary formed the nation's health, which develops and quality of medical services and regular examinations and prevention. The program also raised the issue of concern to all of the teachers, increase wages and reform of this sector. Yaroslav Laguta commented on the situation with the reorganization Tavsancil school in Romanovsky district and overall optimization of the schools in the area.
