In the son of his slave woman for her dismissal The investigative Department of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation and have submitted to the court indictment against the head of Dubovsky Department of social welfare of Tyachiv DISTRICT, who is accused of receiving a bribe in the sum of 3 thousand UAH. (part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine), qualifying signs of which is to obtain an official which holds responsible position, undue advantage for himself for committing such official in the interests of a third person of any action with the use given to him by his official position, combined with extortion of undue advantage. We will remind that employees of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of the Transcarpathian region, together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the region, was exposed when obtaining illegal benefit 3 thousand UAH. Dubovsky head of the Department of social protection of the population of Tyachiv district administration. It is established that the official demanded and received from Transcarpathians – the son of his subordinate workers 3 thousand UAH. for not dismissal and nepolitana it in his post. The Prosecutor's office had initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit in a large size official combined with extortion). The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
