112 requests for information received from the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast for 9 months of 2016
To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast during 9 months of 2016 112 queries in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the prosecutors reviewed 97. Provides information on 68 information requests; 27 questioner clarified rules of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", denied information on query 2; 15 requests aim at belonging to the organization consideration proper stewards of information. Most requests (77) considered by the office of the Prosecutor of the region, in the Rivne local Prosecutor's office has received 15 requests. Often capitals information on personnel issues (36 requests). In particular, the questioner was interested in the declarations and the autobiographical data of the newly-appointed leadership of the regional Prosecutor's office, chiefs of local Prosecutor's offices; the salaries of prosecutors; the results of checks by prosecutors in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On cleaning power". In addition, a significant number of requests were related to issues of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and the attention of the public (27 queries).
