Assess compliance with the criteria of representativeness of the Vinnytsia regional Association of employers ' organizations
NAFP Office in Vinnytsia region has evaluated compliance with the criteria of representativeness (re-representation) of Vinnytsia regional Association of employers. Vinnitsa regional Association of employers ' organizations submitted documents to confirm the representativeness of violating part 2 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On social dialogue in Ukraine", according to which confirmation of representativity of the subjects of the parties, trade unions and employers ' organizations is carried out once in five years. The documents were reviewed by the Board of NAFP office in Vinnytsia region and assess compliance with the criteria of representation (re-representation), by comparing data about the total number of employees who work at the enterprises-members of the Vinnytsia regional Association of employers ' organizations (as of 01.01.2016 — 54102 person), according to statistics on the number of employed population in Vinnytsia region in accordance with clause 3.5. Procedure for evaluation of compliance with the criteria of representativeness and confirmation of representativity of the subjects of the parties, trade unions and employers ' organizations, approved by order dated 21.07.2011 NSAIDs, No. 73 (hereinafter - the Order). According to the General statistics office in Vinnytsia region the total employed population in Vinnytsia region is 674,9 thousand people (as of 01.01.2016). The proportion of employees of enterprises of Vinnytsia regional Association of employers in the employed population in Vinnytsia region is 8.2 %. Since, according to paragraph 3.5. Order are recognized as representative employers 'organizations and their associations operating in the territory of the administrative-territorial units to the member enterprises employing at least 5% of the employed population in the respective administrative - territorial units of the Department made a decision (from 29.09.2016, No. 048-16/02-G) to recognize the Vinnitsa regional Association of employers' organisations that meet the criteria of representativeness and confirms the representativeness at territorial level to participate in collective negotiations on the conclusion of territorial agreements and to delegate representatives to social dialogue bodies and issued a corresponding Certificate (29.09.2016, No. 048-16/02-T).
