An underage resident of the city of Rivne sentenced to the maximum term of punishment for the murder of her father and grandparents
Prosecutors of the Department of juvenile justice Prosecutor's office of Rivne region ensured the maintenance of public prosecution in the court of the indictment against a minor resident of the city of Rivne on the facts of committing premeditated murder of two persons (signs of the criminal offenses provided for by article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As stated, in December 2014 in the apartment where the family lived, after a dispute with his grandmother, an angry guy in a fit of aggression caused the last numerous axe blows to the head. Resulting from bodily injury to an elderly woman died on the spot. As a result of noise, which arose as a result of this event, woke the boy's father. Realizing that the father became aware of the crime, with the aim of hiding the guy in the same way killed him. During pre-trial investigation was conducted complex stationary psihologo-psychiatric examination. It came to the conclusion a minor at the time the incriminated actions do not was in a condition of physiological insanity, mental illness or dementia would not have to suffer any temporary or painful disorders of mental activity is not detected, this means that the guy could be aware of the significance of his actions and control them. The jury verdict in the Rivne city court from 10.10.2016 minors found guilty of premeditated murder two of his relatives and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. The verdict has not yet entered into force, the parties to the proceedings have 30 days for its appeal.
