After the death of the mother of the children in the apartment, left the debt on payment of utilities. The premises was not adapted to the accommodation, in need of repair. The apartment lacked the necessary furniture and appliances. In 2010, the brothers lived in a foster home Washoku. After reaching adulthood, Vladimir was expelled from the foster family. According to the Program for providing housing to orphans and children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them in 2012-2016 year the apartment has been refurbished: new floors, doors, ceiling, renovated kitchen, bathroom, hallway. The apartment has new plumbing, fixtures. Foster parents are partly equipped housing furniture, hung curtains, and the like.
