E-service "Open city" , which is also called "Map of urban problems" for several weeks, I started to work in Chernigov. It is a modern online service, through which residents can draw the attention of the city authorities and structural subdivisions of city Council on problems of improvement that occur every day in the city, at home or on the street. Information from this kind of treatment is displayed on an interactive map. Thanks to the attached photo or video playback, it becomes intuitive. Then send this information to the portal "Open city". After moderation all this comes at a map and automatically sent to the corresponding service of the Chernihiv city Council. That message occurs after you redirect to the appropriate service? - After the publication of the message receives one of three statuses: "open" – a notification is sent to the service, which deals with decision problems; work in progress – the service received the message and began its implementation; "closed" – this problem is solved. If the problem cannot be solved immediately or within a specified time (one month), the responsible employee to inform the user on reasonable grounds of the impossibility of solving this problem. If the problem is not resolved, the author does not activate it again, the application acquires the status of "archive" that is never resolved.
