Vinnicchina: once again "periwinkle" conquered the audience and the organizing Committee of the international festival "Trandafir de la Moldova" (photo)
With the assistance and the support of the Department of international cooperation and regional development state administration of the people's dance ensemble "Barvinok" of Vinnytsia city center of artistic and choreographic education for children and youth "Barvinok" from 5 to 9 October took part in the International folklore festival "Trandafir de la Moldova", which has traditionally been the 48th time in Iasi (Romania) and is extremely well-known and prestigious in Europe. This year the festival was attended by about 20 teams from Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Serbia, Poland. "Periwinkle" for the second time had the opportunity to visit M. and Iasi to take part in this prestigious festival. Considering how successfully the performances of the team last year, the organizing Committee has provided for "Periwinkle" a special program of stay. So if all the groups the duration of intervention was 15 – 20 minutes, the "Vinca" pleased the audience with his solo concerts lasting more than an hour. For high performance level of the participants, "Barvinok" was the only team that was awarded with the diploma "For high achievements in art", and Ukrainian folk dances and songs performed by young artists, the organizing Committee and the audience, Stalino of the festival. According to the results of the visit and participation in the festival was devoted to the implementation of joint cultural events and creative tours, as well as established new areas of cooperation. Therefore,the 10-year Vinnitska-Jassica cooperation is strengthening year by year and covers all of the new generation, but while retaining the uniqueness of two, at first glance, different, yet so similar cultures.
