From the Ukrainian side - a working group composed of: the Chairman of Kozaytyn district Council of Victor Slobodyanyuk, Deputy Chairman of the district state administration Igor Belovskogo, Deputy Chairman of regional Council Anatoly Zadorozhnyuk, assistant to the Chairman of the district state administration Alexander Marmot, head of the Department of education Alina Didenko, head of Department of culture Vladimir Voronov, Director Monevska SOSH Alexander Naumenko, Director Samgorodok SOSH Svetlana Cherednik, head of FKH "nick-D" Anatoly Drozdovich, Monevska village head Paul Kuzminski, Turbinaria village head Vladimir Kozachenko, historian, ethnographer Nikolay Merchant. The agreement confirms the fact that the main objective of interregional cooperation is to strengthen relations between countries, regions and local communities, because the parties will promote cooperation and exchange of experience between local authorities and the local administration Kannskogo County Kozaytyn district. Will develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection, environmental safety and support the development of ecologically sound enterprises. And the parties undertake to promote investment, trade and production. According to the agreement - will be promoting the establishment and maintenance of direct contacts in the sphere of education, culture, sports and tourism, including implementing the bilateral exchange programmes of students and teachers in secondary schools, presentations of cultural achievements and the local tourism products. Will support cultural and educational center of the Polish minority in Kozyatyn district and the Ukrainian national minority in Kannskom County.
