Region detained doctors who demanded and received illegal benefit in the ATO
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, together with operative employees of Department of protection of the economy in Vinnytsia region Departameno to protect the economy of the National police of Ukraine detained "on hot" 2 doctors of one of hospitals of the region, who demanded and received ATO undue benefit in the amount of 2 thousand UAH for issue of the act of medical examination. Pre-trial investigation initiated under part 4 of article 368-4 of the criminal code. For the committed criminal offence penalized by deprivation of liberty for a term from four till eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
