Chernivtsi: "Pension" debt: the control of each national currency paid

The most effective means of repayment remains the recovery of funds from the debtor in court. Since the beginning of the year, the legal services Fund to the court of first instance 104 filed administrative claims for the recovery of arrears of pensions overpayments, reimbursement of actual expenses on payment and delivery of pensions assigned on preferential terms, other debts in the amount of 2494,4 ths. of which were granted to 52 claims totaling 1433,0 thousand UAH. While providing legal support regarding disputes legal matters relating to the interests of the Fund, one of the main aspects is the practice of holding court sessions in videoconference mode. So with the beginning of the year taken part in 62 meetings of the court in a videoconference mode. For the purpose of effective debt repayment employees legal services Fund in the region due attention is given to cooperation with the State Executive service for compulsory execution of court decisions. In particular, since the beginning of year in bodies of GIS passed 843 of Executive documents for a total amount of 7.4 million UAH. Thanks to the joint work of representatives of Executive service and the legal service of the Fund in favor of the Pension Fund managed to collect from debtors 1250,0 thousand UAH.
