the members of the Executive Committee adopted the decision on tuition fees in schools of aesthetic education. The head of culture Tatyana Gnativ said that according to the document the amount of monthly tuition fees in schools of aesthetic education will be increased by 10 hryvnias. For example, the monthly tuition fees in the Lutsk art school will be 110 UAH. In Lutsk music school ¹1, ¹2, ¹3 learning to play musical instruments: piano 150,00 UAH; guitar 130 UAH 90 UAH violin next. According to the decision, was dismissed as from 1 January 2017 from tuition in the schools of aesthetic education; children from large, needy families, children-invalids, children-orphans and children deprived of parental care; children killed (dead) servicemen (including the status of which is not installed) and children whose parents were killed during anti-terrorist operations; children, parents (family members, stepfather) where called up for military service by mobilization for implementation of decrees of the President Ukraine "About partial mobilization" (on the basis of certificates issued by the corresponding military commissariats, as well as documents certifying the degree of kinship), for the period prior to their demobilization; child soldiers of Armed forces of Ukraine and other military formations, employees of law enforcement agencies, for the period of their secondment to participate in anti-terrorist operations, law enforcement and the protection of the state border on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions (on the basis of certificates, orders, etc issued by the relevant authorities); children, parents (family members, the stepfather) which passed military service in the zone of the antiterrorist operation received the status of a war invalid of group i-II (based on a copy of the relevant certificate). Also provided is the use of funds received from tuition in the schools of aesthetic education. They will be used for the improvement of the cost of the paid services provided by schools, improvement of material-technical base and other costs of the schools involvement in the education of children of privileged categories.
