Economic court of Vinnytsia region satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of area about the termination of the lease and the return to a territorial community of S. Kapustiany Trostyanetsky district of the land area of 15 hectares and worth more than 10 million UAH, which were in the use of sub’management. The Prosecutor of the region’Vyacheslav Sokolove noted that the basis for going to court was the failure by lessee of its contractual liabilities’commitments, in particular, the systematic non-payment of rent. “the court affirmed the validity of our arguments regarding the return of land to the community. Thanks to the adopted measures Kapustjanske the local community had the opportunity to effectively use the land in communal ownership, with a view to filling local budget”, - said the head of Department.
