18 October, the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko got acquainted with the first phase of the plant refrigeration equipment company "UBC Group". It is worth noting that this is the first plant, which is located on the territory of Vinnytsia industrial Park. A symbolic "first stone" in the construction was laid June 10, 2016, and on September 2, the day the city began full-fledged operation. According to Director Valentina Kovalenko, the work is proceeding ahead of schedule, the main task now is to prepare the Foundation of the main building until December 2016, and since the early spring to continue the project. The facility will consist of units to be manufactured in Sweden, after which will be assembled and installed in Ukraine. The plant will be built in three phases. The completion of the first phase and the commissioning is planned for next year. Within the starting the queue will reach its production capacity of 6000 units of refrigeration equipment. At that time, the plant will employ about 500 workers. In the second stage (2017-2018) production capacity should increase to release 9000 refrigerated display cases in a month. The number of staff will increase to 750 persons. The third stage will end in 2020. By this time it is planned to expand the production area to 20360 m2, to produce freezer chests in the amount of 6000 units per month and increase production of refrigerated display cases up to 15,000 units monthly. At the last stage it is expected that new jobs will be provided only 1,500 people.
