Bukovina karate won the "Belgrade Open 2016" Serbia – won 34 awards

for the third year in a row, karate sport club "Maximum" participate in the prestigious international competition "Belgrade Open 2016". This time, however, Bukovina has risen to the highest position and won II place in the team standings. For two days in the capital of Serbia competed 1230 participants from 11 countries of the 73 clubs. According to the Vice-President of SK "Max" Pavel Shestakov, a team of 22 athletes our countrymen won 11 gold, 9 silver and 14 bronze medals. This allowed to bypass the clubs from Croatia, Montenegro, Slovakia and Slovenia, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Poland. Chernivtsi athletes ahead of the Serbs. Third place with Montenegro. On the first day of competition honour of Bukovina defended cadets, juniors, youth and adults who won 7 medals (2 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze). On the second day the athletes competed in age from 8 to 13 years, who joined the Treasury 9 gold, 6 silver and 12 bronze medals. This was reported in the Chernivtsi city Council
