The Prosecutor of the Rivne region carried out reception of citizens with the use of videoconference
the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast Oleg Sobol initiated the organization of a personal reception of citizens and consideration of their appeals using video conferencing. However, such a regime would not be applied in all cases, and only when, during communication with applicants will have a question to managers and other employees of local Prosecutor's offices for the examination of preliminary (initial) appeals or complaints of people. The conviction of Oleg Sobol, such approach to the organization of consideration of addresses optimizes the dialogue between the Prosecutor and the applicant, provide the ability to quickly and comprehensively explore the problematic issue with a view to its early solution. So 25.10.2016, to the head of the regional Prosecutor's office asked for help more than 10 inhabitants of the region, including representatives of public organizations. Most applicants raised issues concerned the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings that it is carried out by the police, in particular on abuse of officials of bodies of local self-government, of arson of property, and more. Also, the Prosecutor asked the employees of PJSC "Rivne radio technical plant" to take control and intensify pre-trial investigation which is carried out by police investigators, on the fact of illegal privatization and criminal transactions with property companies. During communication with the inhabitants of the region, the Prosecutor of the region asked questions and present employees of the Prosecutor's office of area, and also (in videoconference) and heads of local prosecutors with respect to the prescribed circumstances raised by the applicants and provided them with specific assignments. Oleg Sobol listened to all of the applicant's arguments and assured that all the facts will check and, if there are grounds will be taken to respond within the competence of the Prosecutor's office. The leadership of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region and will continue to be the regular personal reception of inhabitants of the region, including visiting the place of residence of citizens with the use of videoconference, with the purpose of comprehensive study of the problems residents of the area and rapid response to identified violations.
