Among the implemented activities, the official said translations of the boiler budgetary institutions on alternative natural gas fuels in 31 facilities in the amount of UAH 21.8 million, the completion of a large-scale project of reconstruction of heating system in Vinnytsia, vul. Bazhenova a total value of 90 mln. insulation in the amount of 12.4 million UAH. replacement Windows and doors - 13,7 million UAH, replacement of lighting facilities, install thermostats, repair of heating mains, CR – 4.7 million UAH. The expected economic effect from implementation of these measures is to reduce the consumption of fuel resources budget and municipal institutions of nearly 4 thousand tons of fuel equivalent a year. However, Sergei Volkov emphasized that the planned 10 sites needs to be accelerated to complete them before the end of the year: 2 boilers, in Vinnytsia district, 2 – Kalinovskiy district, 2 – Kozaytyn district, 1 – Litinsky district, 1 – orativs'kyi district, 2 – Tyvriv district.
