Receipts in the city budget Chernivtsi increased by 33%
During January – September 2016 in the city budget the city of Chernivtsi received 1346356,3 ths. accounting for 81.4% of the adjusted annual target values (1654562,1 ths.). Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues to the city budget of the city of Chernivtsi rose 334923,4 thousand UAH. or 33.1%. Transfers from the state budget received 615820,8 thousand UAH. or 76.4% of the adjusted annual target values. The city's budget. Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) performed in January – September, 2016 for 86,1% of the adjusted plan for the year (848144,7 thousand UAH.) actually received – 729882,5 thousand UAH. In comparison with January – September 2015 revenues in the city budget grew by 237958,1 thousand UAH. or 48.4%. To the General Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudget transfers) received 659140,3 ths. accounting for 86.9% of the adjusted planned targets for 2016 (758192,5 ths.). Compared to the corresponding period in 2015, revenues increased by 224309,0 thousand UAH. or 51.6%. Tax on income of physical persons in the city budget the city of Chernivtsi received 304231,7 ths. that is 81.5% of the adjusted plan for the year (373328,8 ths.). Compared to January – September of last year, income tax increased by 103417,6 thousand UAH. or 51.5%. The revenue from excise duty implementation entities retail excise goods in January – September this year amounted to 102050,1 thousand UAH. or 90.8% of the adjusted annual plan (112359,7 ths.). Compared with the corresponding period last year, revenues increased by 31362,8 thousand UAH. or in 1.4 times. Local taxes and fees into the General Fund received 187126,0 thousand UAH. or 90.1% of the adjusted plan for the year (207599,1 ths.). Compared to January – September last year, revenues increased by 57235,3 thousand UAH. or in 1.4 times. To the special Fund of the city budget. of Chernivtsi (excluding the volumes of interbudgetary transfers) in January – September 2016 was entered 70742,2 thousand UAH. or 78.6% of the adjusted plan for the year (89952,2 ths.). Compared with the corresponding period last year, revenues rose 13649,1 thousand UAH. or is 23.9%. For 9 months of current year in the execution of spending authority from the General Fund of the city budget aimed 966224,9 thousand UAH. Provided primary financing of protected articles of expenditures. In a timely manner and in full expenses on wages with charges, payments for the consumed energy, the payments to the population on social welfare (scholarships, preferential pensions, etc.). Wages and salaries of employees of budgetary institutions of the city during the reporting period aimed 426308,0 thousand UAH. On payments to the population for social security made expenses in the amount of 353590,4 thousand UAH. The calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 44253,0 thousand UAH. For comprehensive support of the ATO participants, their families and the families of victims (died) participants of anti-terrorist operation, volunteers and Heroes of the Heavenly hundred who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within implementation of the urban integrated programmes of the municipal budget was aimed 6036,8 thousand UAH. The costs of providing city beautification, landscaping, outdoor lighting made 60429,3 thousand UAH. For the maintenance, repair and reconstruction of the road network and surrounding roads of the city for 9 months of the current year allocated from the city budget 57168,0 thousand UAH. Development cost is provided for repair, construction, reconstruction of objects socially-cultural sphere and housing and communal services, improvement of material and technical base of budget institutions and municipal enterprises of the city amounted to 116177,1 thousand UAH.
