All therapies can be divided into three large groups: topical therapy (ointments, creams, gels and the like, which are used in mild and moderate forms), phototherapy (application of artificial sources of UV radiation, in particular narrow-band ultraviolet radiation) and systemic therapy (tablets, injections, immunobiological preparations, droppers that are used when moderate, severe and nvalue forms of psoriasis).
