Supported projects of cooperation agreements with the Priluki rural Parliament
On the session of city Council deputies approved the agreements on cooperation between Lutsk city Council and Priluki village Board. The Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko has submitted for consideration of deputies of the specific areas of cooperation, which are reflected in the seven projects of contracts. The first contract relates to the organization of passenger transport, namely the extension of route No. 19 from Karbysheva street to the center of the village of Priluki, the second — quality education that will enable children from the 4 villages that belong to pryluts'ke village Council, to attend kindergarten in the city of Lutsk. The third agreement aims to improve the quality of medical services, in particular repair and treatment of feldsher — midwife station in the village of Priluki, the ability to seek medical care in urban hospitals and rural residents. Other contracts concerning the modernization of public utilities of the village of Priluki, providing its residents quality educational services, the repair of pavement on the street of Ivan Bohun, the opening of a branch ZAPU and revitalization of cultural events. At the same time Sergei Grigorenko said that in 2017 the city budget for the implementation of all these projects is provided 2,5 million UAH, the bulk of these funds will be used to repair roads. He expressed the opinion that the successful implementation of all these projects is a good example of cooperation between the two communities, the ultimate goal of which will be territorial Association. The Secretary of city Council Julia Bosenko added that only thanks to the successful cooperation with the surrounding communities will be able to increase the area of the city. “In the neighboring Republic of Poland the process of decentralization took place in this way”, she said. Answering numerous questions of the deputies, Sergei Grigorenko added that all the processes of cooperation between Lutsk and Priluki village Council fully supports the Chairman of the Volynsk regional state administration Vladimir Gonik. In addition, other cities such as Rivne, Ternopil, Kamianets — Podilskyi also conducted negotiations about cooperation with the local adjacent village councils, so this question is relevant for the whole Western Ukraine. Rural Chairman Prilutsky Valentin Artsybasov, who was present at session, have supported all areas of cooperation, given by Sergey Grigorenko, calling them economically viable.
