In the Transcarpathian region Prosecutor's office jointly with the SBU warned the illegal allocation of forest lands in Tyachiv district
Tacso local Prosecutor's office in cooperation with Gros Tyachiv management of the SBU in the Transcarpathian region have exposed the illegal transaction of the officials of the local government and management of Derzeitiger in Tyachiv district. As the head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir, the officials of the local authority and management Derzeitiger in Tyachiv district, acting intentionally, in the interests of four residents of the area was made deliberately false information in the extract from the decision of session of the village Council, which transferred to private ownership in the territory of one of settlement councils of the area of the land plots for conducting personal peasant farms with a total area of 3.06 hectares and cost 927 thousand. Furthermore it is established that in infringement of requirements of the Forest and Land codes of Ukraine, said officials made false information in the technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of boundaries of the specified land plots in kind (on location), in relation to their classification as agricultural lands that served as their gratuitous transfer to private ownership. While officials are not taken into account that these land plots are land for forestry purposes, which are located and are in constant use of one of the State forest and hunting farms in the district, and of its permanent use is not withdrawn.
