Rent for about'objects of municipal property in Chernigov close to the market
Executing a "Programme of management of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernigov" for 2017 - 2019, adopted by the 27 October session of the Chernihiv city Council, the city Fund of municipal property should prepare a draft of changes and additions in the Method of calculation and order of payment for the rental property utility property in terms of changes in rents for certain areas of use of immovable municipal property with the purpose of increasing revenues to the city budget from the lease. In particular, it is planned to increase rents to telecommunications operators that provide services on mobile (mobile) communication. The program also provides for changes to this Methodology in terms of determining the minimum cost of rent per 1 sq. m at 40 UAH, which will bring the price of such lease to the lower limit of the commercial market. This will increase revenues to the city budget of at least 500 thousand UAH per year (if changes are applied to the enterprises of trade, public catering, offices, industrial enterprises and exhibition activities). The projected amount of revenues to the city budget from the rent for 2017 is 35326 thousand UAH, including integral property complexes – 32566 thousand UAH, real estate and other separate individually-specified property – 2760 thousand UAH. In addition, the programme provides the increase of revenue to the city budgeted rent integral property complex (CEC). Chernihiv city Council made a decision (from 29.09.2016 No. 11/VII-4) of increasing rental rates for the lease of the CEC to 10%. Monthly rent calculated on the basis of new estimates of SSC and for the new rental rates is for OOO "firm "Tehnova" - 1 931312,04 UAH. for PJSC "OBLTEPLOCOMUNENERGO" - 816811,31 UAH. what's more the rent paid by tenants currently 307629,67 UAH. (18,95%) and 88687,62 UAH. (12,18%), respectively. Currently, the Fund of public property is preparing the relevant amendments to the lease agreements to the CEC.
