From October 2015 the Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council in accordance with the Regulations of the Department, approved by the decision of session of city Council from 30.07.2015 year No. 76/143 performs the functions according to claim 2.2.1. "Ensuring the implementation of the Lutsk city Council and its Executive bodies accepted" and p.2.2.22 "Implementation of dismantle of illegally established constructions, vehicle or other self-willedally established objective of the city". Over the period of the municipal police Department in 2016 was held on three open trades dismantled illegally established objects, which implemented 8 projects totaling 37561,04 UAH. trust Fund of the local budget. Also, the owners of illegally established objects of dismantling for the period of work of the Department purchased temporary structures totaling 79500,00 UAH. which included reimbursement for the costs of dismantling, transportation and storage. Dismantled objects that have not been withdrawn by their owners, were not realized at public auction and was in the commercial state, had corrosion and other damage, was disposed of by the Deposit of metal on total amount of UAH 67101,80. During the period of work of the Department had returned funds to the trust Fund of the local budget totaling UAH 184162,84.
