Ternopil: the nominating Committee reviewed the submitted projects in the "Public budget"
2 November in the building of the Ternopil city Council held a meeting of nominating Committee “Public budget”, which gives everyone the opportunity him to participate in the distribution of means of the city budget through the creation of projects to improve the city. To the nominating Committee consists of four deputies and the same number of representatives of public organizations and city Council. The Chairman of the nominating Committee, the Deputy of city Council Nazar Zelinka says that most of the projects were submitted by Ternopil citizens on the last day. ‘Ternopil citizens were presented 77 projects, however, at the stage of submission, the authors of the six projects, they are automatically deleted, - says Nazar Zelinka. - Now on consideration of the nominating Committee received 71 projects (23 of 48 small and large projects) in the amount of 36 million UAH.”. The Secretary of the nominating Committee, the head of Department of economy, industry and labor Tatyana Korchak said that the main purpose of the Committee is to examine the submitted projects for compliance with the law and the specific conditions of the project. Further requests sent to profile management of the city Council, to prepare conclusions. And the projects will be presented at a public vote which will begin on 8 November. The projects which gain the most votes within the amount of funding public budget, will be implemented in 2017.
