Volyn region Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings about the murder of 18-year-old resident of the Kovel district her 30-year-old boyfriend. On the evening of 28 July of this year, the woman, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication in the house in the village Krizevici, during an argument he struck him one blow with a kitchen knife in the chest. The blow proved fatal, after all, led to the death of men. Now the court recognized a woman who sincerely repented and helped to solve the crime, guilty of intentional homicide (criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and appointed her sentence to 7 years and 6 months imprisonment.
