Chief of the Department of health’I and medical support Rostyslav Levchuk signed a Memorandum on introduction in medical institutions of Ternopil assess the quality of medical services and co-founder of “Yaware”, founder of “MagneticOneMunicipal Technologies” Ruslan Savchyshyn. The founder of the company «MagneticOneMunicipal Technologies” says that this project is social and aims to improve service in medical institutions of the city in use for the city they provide free of charge. One element of the program is the placement of the stickers on the doors of offices of employees of medical institutions, which will question the patient, whether he has remarks to quality of service. If the visitor has comments, he can use the QR code or send an SMS to the number indicated. Data will be transmitted to the hospital management. “This program will help to detect and quickly respond to the management of medical institutions on the existing problems of patient care. Thanks to the result, managers will see the dynamics of change, and can make the necessary decisions, - says the head of the Department of health’I and medical support. - By the way, if we implement this service and in medical institutions of Ternopil, it will be done for the first time all over Ukraine». By the way, the signing of the Memorandum is only the first step.
