The meeting was attended by first Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev, Secretary of the city Council Julia Vasenko, Deputy mayor Andrew Kish, Sergei Grigorenko, Yuri Mollica, Deputy mayor, managing the Affairs of the Executive Committee Yuri Verbic, Director of the Department of Finance and budget city Council Lily Love. The main topic of the issues discussed at the meeting was the implementation of the oblast budget and local budgets. Thus, the General Fund of local budgets of Volyn in 10 months of 2016 is 2 billion 049 million. Thus, the target is 110,3%, which is 1.5 times more than this period last year. In October 2016 in the regional budget received UAH 18.4 million more than in October 2015. The largest share in the structure of planned budget revenues of the region is a tax on income. Also increased tax revenues from forest resource utilization at 57 %, compared to 2015 year. As a result of placing of temporarily free funds of local budgets on Deposit accounts in financial institutions were able to replenish the regional budget for 41, 1 million UAH. The expenditures of local budgets is 442 million. From the State budget of Ukraine to the budget of Volyn region received allocations in the amount of UAH 19 mln for housing of families of fallen combatants in the ATO area. First Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Alexandr Stepantsov informed about the results of the work on carrying out public procurement through “ProZorro” in Volyn. In September 2016 the state institutions of the region was conducted procurement for a total amount of 4 million UAH, while the number of Dorogova procurement outside the system “ProZorro” halved.
