In Rivne oblast due to the response of the Prosecutor's office stopped illegal use of the 9 hectares of land worth almost 300 thousand UAH
By results of consideration of the claim of the Prosecutor of the Rivne region, declared in interests of the state, the court invalidated the contract of use of land plot of 9 hectares and agreed to return it to the state. We are talking about a plot of land, located on the territory of Malinovskogo area outside the settlement and were transferred in January 2015 local authority to a physical person for temporary use for growing agricultural products. The Prosecutor's office found that the contract actually is a hidden land lease agreement, and the transfer of land took place against the will of the legitimate administrator of the Main Directorate of Derzeitiger in the Rivne region, which is a gross violation of the land legislation. For these reasons, the Prosecutor's office appealed to the court demanding to recognize invalid the contract for the use of land, the cost of which exceeds 300 thousand UAH, and return it to the state.
