Volhynia: the Prosecutor of the region Maxim Kirichuk took citizens in Zhuravychi
the Prosecutor of the Volyn Maxim Kirichuk held a reception of citizens in Zhuravichsky village Council of Kivertsi district. At the reception with their problems and complaints addressed about a dozen of locals. People were complaining about the impossibility of privatization of land and other violations of land legislation, as well as the non-payment of wages liquidators GP “Torpedoboote enterprise “Zhuravychi”. Village Chairman, Gurevich appealed to the Prosecutor of the region on the legality of granting in property to citizens of land plots for personal farming on the area of 34 hectares in borders of settlements Jurasico village Council. The Prosecutor of the Volyn brought to the attention of the society on 21 October on the fact of abuse of power and official position by officials of the Main Directorate of Derzeitiger in the field, which, acting in the interests of third legal and physical persons, adopted and recorded statements of citizens-residents of the Volyn region providing the property of these lands, began criminal proceedings on signs of structure of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 364 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds, which makes Lutsk the police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Volyn region. For a thorough examination and the adoption of legal and informed decisions, the Prosecutor of the region took all the statements and complaints of citizens who have applied for a personal appointment, and in some cases provided them with rose’explanations of requirements of the current legislation.
