The loan is expected to be paid over seven years in equal semi-annual installments subject to the grace period is 1 year. Interest rate charged on borrowed funds is fixed and is 6 percent per annum. Provision of property or other security of fulfillment of obligations by the borrower is not carried out. For the project provided a grant in the amount of 300 thousand euros.
