In the conference room of the health Department of the regional state administration was held the procedure of public opening of bids for the purchase of medical equipment for the existing heart center, a remote diagnostic center, center of emergency medical aid and disaster medicine, as well as for the era of secondary and primary levels of care. The procedure of opening of financial proposals took place in the framework of joint with the World Bank investment sub-project "Component of the development of health systems in Vinnytsia region", aimed at improving medical care for patients with cardiovascular disease. On behalf of the management group of the sub-project Deputy Director, Department of health administration, Deputy Chairman of the Commission Elena Itasca congratulated the participants of tenders by the procedure ISV – 5.2.1. and thanked for their participation. Before the procedure of opening consultants have been engaged implementation group sub-project in Vinnytsya region Alexey Smirnov and Natalia Ltana. The deadline for submitting bids expired on November 10 at 10 am. At the limit date, there were five proposals. Opening of tender offers and announcement of information held in accordance with article 25 of instructions to bidders is an integral part of tender documentation.
