For gross violations of environmental regulations by state ecoinspection made 30 decisions on a temporary ban (stop) hauling wood from the cutting areas clear cutting the crawler tractor TDT-55 and routed in accordance with part 5 of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On main principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activities” to the administrative court to confirm the validity of the adoption of the response entity.
