In his plans, in particular the opening not less than 24 Snapv in already created communities United before the end of 2017 and more than 600 centers – until the end of 2020. This was discussed during a meeting in the Ministry of regional development on topical issues of cooperation with projects supported by the Government of Sweden in Ukraine in the sphere of decentralization. Pointing to a slowdown in the process of creating Snapv in the United communities, First Deputy Minister of regional development, construction, housing and utilities, Vyacheslav Negoda, said: "a Democratic, open and rigorous selection of the communities that we together with our European partners planned to support, slowed down the process of creating themselves Snapv. But there are positive results in some communities of tspau already open. I hope this powerful project will give new breath and new incentives process, building on already conducted the competition and the positive experience of communities". He also stressed that Snape in the combined communities should combine the administrative services and services provided by local authorities. "People should get the maximum services in one place and not run around between Capom, rural or city Council and the mayor," said Vyacheslav Negoda.
