As reported by the Deputy head of Khust local Prosecutor Peter Babinec, the results of the study of compliance with the requirements of land legislation on the territory of Khust district is established, the basis for implementation of Executive powers to protect the interests of the state in court. So, one of the private lawyers, in violation of the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine and law of Ukraine «On the order of allocation in kind (on locality) of land plots to owners of land shares shares”, according to which prohibited the exchange of land shares (shares) on the territory of another destination, certified by the contract of exchange (barter) of the land plots for conducting personal peasant farms (share) of land for the construction and maintenance of silovogo house, commercial buildings and structures. Such actions fall under signs of criminal offense under part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine - forgery, which sanction provides freedom restriction for a period of 3 years, with disqualification to hold certain posts and practice certain activities.
