Sergey Savchuk: In the last week the Government program for energy efficiency joined a record number of condominiums
for the First time in the entire period of the Government program for energy efficiency has been booming in the insulation of the housing from condominiums. Only for the week from 14 to 21 November 2016, 29 condominiums became participants of the program, attracting 3.2 million UAH for the implementation of energy efficient measures in apartment buildings. For comparison, last week for Government assistance 13 condominiums, and the year before – 20. "This fall, the demand for the program from the condominiums has broken all the previous records. Weekly, the Government began to address not 5-10 condominiums, and twice - 15-20. shnye the results of the monitoring of the program exceeded our expectations: almost 30 condominiums from different regions of the country drew credit funds to increase the energy efficiency of their homes. This is the clearest proof that high-rise residents realized the importance of integrated interventions on energy savings and the benefits of participation in the program, where almost half of the cost is compensated by the State", - said the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk, commenting on the results of weekly monitoring of the actions of the Government program on energy efficiency. Sergey Savchuk also noted that the results of the study program effectiveness among condominiums confirm that a comprehensive thermal modernization of apartment buildings – insulation, installation of ITP with climate control and funds accounting, replacement Windows for energy efficient things like that - enables its residents to halve heating bills, and it is a pressing issue for every family. Recall that condominiums are able to obtain from the Government a 40% refund of loan funds for energy efficiency measures. If in an apartment house inhabited by the family of the grantees, the compensation will amount to 70%. Overall, since the beginning of the program the participants were 514 condominiums that have mastered almost 65 million UAH for housing insulation. Also, it does not cease the demand for the program from individuals. So, in a week almost 2 thousand households were program participants, attracting 32.6 million UAH for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and materials.
