According to the Rules of improvement, the sub’objects entrepreneurship liabilities’linked to clean the surrounding area around the perimeter of structures (kiosks, tents, trays, etc.) at a distance of 15 m. At the same time is strictly forbidden: * throwing of snow and chipped ice from the sidewalk to the roadway; * education of snow rollers in the area of intersections, crosswalks, stops of public transport; * chopping ice on sidewalks, paved with curly elements. Violation of the above Rules, in accordance with article 152 Article «Violation of state standards, norms and rules in the sphere of improvement of settlements, rules of improvement of territories of settlements” entails a fine on citizens from twenty to eighty untaxed minimum incomes of citizens and officials, citizens-sub ' entrepreneurial activity – p’fifty to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes of citizens. Also, we remind that there is the order of the mayor relating to the control of quality of cleaning of house adjoining territories. In case of revealing of the facts of improper cleaning, them will be exempted 100% from payment for the service of the house.
