Vinnicchina: in 2016, the state forestries of the region created 1195 hectares of forest plantations
At all times, the main task of foresters is the creation of highly productive forests. the percentage of Vinnytsia region is 13.8%. But in the early 90-ies of the last century was 11.8%. To the percentage of Vinnytsia region to bring to the optimal (15%), we still have to create 31 thousand hectares of forest. To accomplish this difficult task by regional management of forest and hunting economy developed "Regional program to achieve the optimum level of forest cover in Vinnytsia region on 2012 – 2025", approved by decision of the 8th session of the 6th convocation of the Vinnytsia regional Council No. 232 of 23 December 2011. In 2016, the state forestries of the region created 1195 ha of forest cultures on the lands of the state forest and 250 hectares of protective plantations. Natural regeneration was 65 ha. So played 1510 hectares of forests. It should be emphasized that the fruitful cooperation with the local authorities and the government gave an opportunity to 250 hectares of land for the establishment in 2016 of protective plantations. Foresters will perform responsible work for the creation of protective plantings and in 2017. And it is 300 hectares of forest crops.
