Residents of Ternopil region free and anonymous testing for HIV
ON the occasion of world day against AIDS on 1 December will be held the open Day under the slogan: “ don't believe the words! Get tested for HIV!”. This event will be held from 9.00 to 16.00 at the premises of the regional Centre for control and prevention of AIDS , on the street Kupchinskaya, 8 in Ternopil. The campaign will host a free anonymous testing for HIV infection, as well as medical consultations on issues of HIV prevention, promotion of healthy lifestyle and prevention of bad habits. In Ternopil region for the current period 2016 registered for the first time 81 the case of HIV/AIDS including 58 cases of HIV carriers and 23 AIDS cases.
