This assistance was made possible thanks to the assistance of Mr. Mogens Bug heart surgeon from Sweden, associate Professor of Scandinavian heart center Vanderburgh. Such projects it is implementing in Ukraine for more than 15 years, had previously helped the countries of the Baltic region.
