The Prosecutor's office in Rivne region held a seminar for civil servants
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, on 29 November 2016 was held training seminar on the theme: "Novels of the law of Ukraine "On civil service". The seminar was attended by the Deputy chief of Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine on civil service in Volyn and Rivne regions Natalia Nekrasova, heads of structural divisions of regional Prosecutor's office, including the Department for work with personnel, confidential part, divisions, documentary providing, financing and accounting, as well as leaders and public servants of local prosecutors. The event was attended by over 60 people. The need for such an event resulting from the reform of the civil service and the introduction with effect from may 2016, the new law of Ukraine "On state service of Ukraine". The workshop participants discussed the General provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On civil service" of the order of conducting and storage of private Affairs of civil servants, official etiquette and culture of communication in business public servant. Read more lectures on the characteristics and stages of passage of state service was made by the head of Department of work with personnel Tatyana Timchenko, the prosecutors of this Department Irina Malczewska, Irina Lyaskovets. Discussed the procedure for appointment of persons on a competitive basis to the position of public service and grounds for termination of her service career stages and features assign ranks of public servants. Also at the seminar addressed issues concerning the basic tasks for working with state secrets, peculiarities of organization and conducting secret proceedings in terms of legislative changes. With this theme for the audience were the chief of security of the regional Prosecutor's office Catherine Winemaker. About the specifics of the legal status of civil servant in the Prosecutor's office, the way the professional competence, quality that should be possessed by a civil servant, told the audience the head of Department of documentary support for the Prosecutor's office of area Natalia Voznyuk. Also in the speech she stressed the need for proper organization of office work in the regional Prosecutor's office, as an important factor of increase of effectiveness of prosecutorial activities. Thanks to the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to improve their professional level, to exchange practical experience in the field.
