In the Rivne region claims prosecutors to return to educational institutions are supported by the court of appeal
the Prosecutor's office continues to take measures to return illegally transferred in rent of premises of educational institutions. In particular, Rivne economic court of appeal has upheld the arguments of the prosecution that a number of areas in education and science was used for other purposes, i.e. for purposes not connected with educational process, therefore, took the decision on the termination of leases of the said premises. So, the decision of the said court from 05.12.2016 confirmed legality of the decision of the court of first instance, which satisfied the claim of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office for annulment of contract of lease of premises of Rivne educational-industrial complex with an area of about 390 sq m cost 416 thousand UAH and obliged private enterprise to release him. On the same day, by results of consideration of the appeal of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region overturned the decision of the court of first instance, satisfied the claim of the head of the Sarny local Prosecutor's office for annulment of the lease of the premises of the secondary school area of 49.4 sq m and is obliged natural person-entrepreneur to return Kuznetsovsky city Council part of the premises, which he used at a hair salon. Prosecutors region will continue to take measures of representative character to protect the interests of the state in the field of child protection.
