It is, first and foremost, mechanisms, activating inner motivations and aspirations change something better, because society is changing and with it the constantly changing opportunities and priorities", - said the head region. Supervisory Board Viktor Miroshnichenko has told about results of implementation of the project "support to development of social infrastructure. UPCI IV". He recalled that in 2013, the year the Project was funded by the German Government through the German development Bank KfW was calculated for three regions: Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad and Lviv. He was allocated ˆ 7 million of grant funds that are distributed between areas in proportion to the population. "In the micro-project, we focused on energosberezhenie. This approach is justified. In the context of high energy prices refurbished social facilities consume significantly less gas, electricity and solid fuel," - said the Executive Director of UPSI Victor Miroshnichenko. In particular, implemented in the framework of micro-projects, UFSI energy efficiency measures reduced the average specific heat consumption of preschool institutions to 50% of secondary schools with 25%, and other objects of social sphere - by 40%. "We also taught the local community to solve its pressing social problems by collecting funds and monitoring their use. Now, in the context of decentralization, the communities with whom we worked are able to work together and believe in the possibility of positive changes," - said Viktor Miroshnichenko. During the meeting the project participants, in particular representatives of the Aristocratic, Peschanskaya and Yampil districts reported those significant changes that occurred after the implementation of the project and thanked for the opportunity to participate in it. Also demonstrated the presentation of micro-projects.
