Vinnicchina: Vyacheslav Sokolovi held a personal reception in two districts of area
For fulfilling the requirements of article 22 of the law of Ukraine «citizens» and departmental normative acts of the Prosecutor of the region'Vyacheslav Sokolov held a reception of citizens at the place of residence, namely, in the Tulchin (Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office) and bar area ( actual local Prosecutor's office). The reception was attended by residents of the area, the issues of inadequate pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings regarding the possible forgery of the will. In addition, the reception to the head of the regional Prosecutor's office came with pressing issues that, unfortunately, are not within the competence of the prosecution - land to enter private households including a member of ATO. All citizens are given qualified answers and roses'an explanation of the current legislation. The Prosecutor's office underlines that the reform of the prosecution does not mean that people in other areas, not at the location of the local Prosecutor's office, denied the opportunity to seek protection of their constitutional rights in a prosecution.
