Timiryazev Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration and the NGO "global Business Club" held an information seminar on the issues of access to the markets of the European Union. Director, Department of international cooperation and regional development of Vinnytsia regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko in his welcoming speech said: "Given the fact that at the moment the enterprises in Vinnytsia region has lost market of the Russian Federation, are beginning to seek new markets including the European Union . "Global Business Club" - is a public organization, which currently unites about 30 enterprises of the region that directly shape the export strategy of the region, and that 80% of the budget of the region. So the topic of today's seminar "access to the markets of the European Union: specifics, problems and prospects" is extremely important and relevant." He also noted that the regional state administration will adopt the plan for socio-economic development for 2017,one of the key points of which is to increase exports at least 2% . Therefore, there is still a lot of issues for discussion and joint solutions. Head of NGO "Vinnytsia Business Club" Vyacheslav Kalinichenko, opening the workshop, said : "This format of communication will give the opportunity to present the public Association "global Business Club", whose main task is to unite the efforts of government and business in building up the economic potential of Vinnytsia region, along with the improvement of living standards of the population and its welfare. Ukrainians want to integrate into the European community, to understand and accept European values." The main speaker of the seminar Oleg Miroshnichenko, a business consultant exports to the European and international markets, spoke about the specifics of the development of a detailed strategy to introduce the product to the markets of the European Union, taking into account the market segment of a particular country of Europe, business mentality, production requirements and enterprise and the like. The representative of the Main Department of Demirtzoglou in Vinnytsia region, Andriy Salyuk, head of Department of food safety and veterinary, familiarized the participants with the requirements and standards imposed by the EU, regarding the products, which is planned for export to Europe. Elena Murashko, head of communications, Vinnytsia LIGHTS GU DFS in Vinnitsa region, told about the system and the mechanism of budgetary compensation at export of goods in EU markets. Chief state inspector of customs clearance Department ¹1 of the customs office "Vinnitsa-Central" Vinnytsia customs DFS, Victor Marusich highlighted specifics of the document and the mechanism for obtaining certificates from Customs authorities for export activities. Among those present at the workshop on access to the markets of the European Union were representatives of small and medium business in Vinnytsia region, managers, logistics managers of leading companies in Vinnytsia region and specialists of the export-import relations in the region.
