"With regard to the protection of the region's population from the consequences of emergency situations, in this direction worked out four objectives. It is the protection of population and territories region from possible emergency situations, planned completion of the 202 inventory of protective structures of civil protection, ensure safe living conditions and improve protection of population in case of danger and emergencies. Until the second goal, we consider the improvement of high-risk automated systems of early detection emergencies and notification of people, 172 facilities should be provided to the automated systems of early detection emergencies here in the first place talking about needs and natural disasters at the territory of Vinnytsia region. The third goal are the strengthening of the state border and lines of defense, improvement of territorial defense and strengthen the rule of law in the region.
