Monday, December 19, Gennady Moskal will award twelve local marked at the state level. Among the recipients, in particular, Transcarpathian artists Vitaly Slobodskoy, Taras Usyk and Bohdan Korzh, the President of Ukraine by his decree has awarded the honorary title "Honored artist of Ukraine".
